Preliminary subracial analysis of the Caucasoid admixture in Karitiana sample HGDP00995

I created a DIYDodecad calculator based on a K = 3 ADMIXTURE analysis of all of the European populations in the HGDP dataset along with the Han Chinese. The plot for the ADMIXTURE analysis is below.

The HGDP00511 French sample was calculated as being 80.40% Nordic, 19.60% Mediterranean, and 0.00% Mongoloid.

The HGDP00995 Karitiana sample was calculated as being 34.07% Nordic, 1.65% Mediterranean, and 64.28% Mongoloid. So, according to this limited analysis, the Caucasoid admixture in HGDP00995 is 95.38% Nordic and 4.62% Mediterranean.
