Third K = 15 admixture analysis of prehistoric and modern genomes

Below is a plot for another K = 15 admixture analysis of prehistoric and modern genomes. Like the K = 13 analysis in the preceding post, this analysis includes one Neolithic and three Bronze Age samples from Ireland.

  2. Good evening,

it would also be interesting to see what SNPs calls have the samples from this new study: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/ajpa.22738/abstract;jsessionid=7EE237C2228ACEEEB6DB6AFB6A3C35F6.f01t02

The authors took only the STR values from these samples, that, seemingly, are E1b. It would wonderful to have a confirmation, because it is important for E1b history in Europe.

In this thread there is more: http://www.anthrogenica.com/showthread.php?97-Genetic-Genealogy-and-Ancient-DNA-in-the-News/page99

Those samples could represent a different Neolithic perspective.

    Regards.
