K = 14 admixture analysis of Neolithic European genomes

Below is a plot for a K = 14 admixture analysis that includes 130 new genomes from Neolithic Europe. The table above the plot gives some information for these samples.

The new samples are genetically similar to the previously published Neolithic European samples, being made up mostly of the light blue early European farmer component, with varying amounts of the dark blue Western European hunter-gatherer component.

The sample I4971 from the Early Neolithic Körös culture in Hungary is, like the previously published Körös sample KO1, atypical in that it’s made up entirely of the dark blue component.

The Middle Neolithic samples from the Blätterhöhle Cave site in Germany are also atypical, having significantly more of the dark blue component than other Neolithic European samples.
